BCBA & RBT
-
BCBA HOURLY
Dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are experts in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs. They conduct assessments, create individualized plans, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure effective treatment. BCBAs collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed. They also provide training to parents, caregivers, and staff while collaborating with other professionals. Adhering to ethical guidelines, BCBAs play a crucial role in improving the behaviors and skills of individuals receiving ABA therapy.

RBT Hourly
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide therapeutic services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The primary role of an RBT is to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and ensure the consistent and effective delivery of treatment plans to clients with various behavioral needs, often including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

ABA Therapist
An ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapist works with individuals, often children, who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The ABA Therapist implements behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients develop essential life skills, improve social interactions, and reduce challenging behaviors.
